Raw Crystals used in our jewellery are hand picked from ethical suppliers.  Please remember that crystals have come from the earth and are not machine facetted so there may be chips and raw areas where they have been joined to other crystals.  We don’t consider these types of features to be imperfections and cannot refund under these circumstances or for change of mind. Shipping

We will ship your purchase within 2 business days from when your payment has cleared.  Mara & Us Jewellery is packaged in its own ‘made in Melbourne’ jewellery bag and then packaged in recyclable paper packaging and where possible recycled mailing boxes.  Due to current Covid 19 Victorian delivery delays we are using AustPost Express Post Small Satchel up to 500gm which is tracked ($12.00), and we are also sending with ‘signature on delivery’ add-on ($3.00), to ensure your treasures are not left unattended if you are not home  when delivery is made.  Victoria mail is unusually slow and we appreciate your patience in watching the AustPost tracking we will provide to you.

Refunds or Exchange

Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds or exchange for change of mind.

Missing or damaged items

Please contact us through our website contact page if you have any issues with your delivery as soon as it is received.  We will always endeavour to sort through any issues with you. 

We only repair jewellery we have made, and if you have damaged your Mara & Us jewellery please contact us to options or arrange a quote for repair.
